How to Copy Speakers from the Agenda to a Catalog?

At Taptiq, we understand that event organizers often have a lot of manual work when setting up their event apps, like adding speakers, agendas, and other event details. To simplify this process and save time, we created a feature that lets you easily copy speakers from your Agenda to a dedicated Speakers catalog.

Go to App Design -> Menu & Navigation and click the Add Menu Item button.

From the dropdown menu, select Catalog/List.

In the menu item settings, toggle on Use content from existing module.

Click Save & Apply.

• You can't edit speakers directly from the App Content -> Speakers log. To update their information, go to Agenda → Speakers.
• The order of speakers in the catalog matches the order in the Agenda. You can't change it.
